Terms of Service

Last Updated: September 15, 2026

Welcome to TekkMarket. By accessing and using the TekkMarket website, Discord bot, and global server network, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

1. Description of Service

TekkMarket operates an automated promotion and infrastructure network for Discord communities. We provide users with the ability to advertise their servers, earn virtual currency ("Tokens") by participating in the network, and utilize our proprietary Discord bot for server management, verification, and cross-server communication.

2. User Conduct & Prohibited Content

You agree to use our network strictly for lawful purposes. TekkMarket maintains a zero-tolerance policy for malicious activity. You explicitly agree not to advertise, link to, or promote Discord servers that contain:

  • Malicious links, malware, phishing attempts, or unauthorized IP grabbers.
  • Content that violates Discord’s Official Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
  • Illegal content, including but not limited to the distribution of unauthorized copyrighted material, illicit substances, or exploitation.
  • NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content without utilizing Discord's proper age-gated channel features.

3. Virtual Currency (Tokens)

TekkMarket utilizes a virtual ecosystem currency known as "Tokens". By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Tokens hold zero real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, cashed out, or refunded for real currency.
  • Tokens are to be used exclusively within the TekkMarket ecosystem for the promotion of Discord servers.
  • Any attempt to artificially inflate, exploit, bot, or illegally transfer Tokens will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the network, with all associated server ads deleted.

4. OAuth2 & Data Privacy

Our platform uses Discord's official secure OAuth2 API to authenticate users and route members to servers. We do not require, ask for, or store your Discord password. When you utilize the "Start Farming" or "Buy Members" features, you are explicitly authorizing the TekkMarket application to join you to other servers within our network on your behalf.

5. Network Responsibility & Liability

TekkMarket acts strictly as an automated routing and advertising platform. We do not own, operate, or officially endorse the third-party Discord servers advertised through our platform.

While we actively moderate our network, users join advertised servers at their own risk. TekkMarket, its developers, and its staff shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from your interactions within third-party servers you discovered via our network.

6. Termination of Access

TekkMarket reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend, disable, or terminate your access to the platform, bot, and dashboard at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service or engaged in behavior detrimental to the ecosystem.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be announced in our official Discord support server. Your continued use of the TekkMarket platform after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
